Golden Triangle India with Goa Tour

Details Tour Packages
Duration : 15 Days / 14 Nights
Places to Visit: Delhi | Agra | Jaipur | Goa

All that is in India, created by love. The love of science and truth allows us today to contemplate the Jantar Mantar Observatory in Jaipur. Thanks to bhakti, love of God, people built temples of Vrindavana, Lotus Temple and Akshardham in Delhi. One of the rulers realized love for wives in the magnificent palace of Hawa Mahal - where the women of the harem lived. An example of love, thanks to which we can admire the mausoleum of the Taj Mahal, is a textbook. And in our case, the love of travel is to blame - it usually starts with love for India.

  • Day 1. Delhi - Jaipur (260 km - 6 hours)

Arrival in Delhi. Meeting with a representative of the Sushant Travels. You will receive a traditional Indian greeting "Swagat" with a garland of flowers. After the welcome transfer and accommodation at the hotel. Short rest. After breakfast, a half-day sightseeing tour around Delhi. Delhi is the capital of modern India. Many dynasties and rulers flourished on his royal land in the past three thousand years. The program includes the inspection of the Gate of India, the Presidential Palace and the government building (from the side), the Lotus temple (from the side) and the minaret of Qutub. Lotus Temple (closed on Mondays) is one of the most amazing temples of India. Built in the shape of a lotus flower, it is the largest and most beautiful Baha'i temple and serves as a symbol for the followers of this faith throughout the world. Another cult place - the 72-meter-long minaret Qutub-Minar, built in the XII-XIV centuries, After the tour, departure to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Jaipur, the legendary "Pink City", the capital of Rajasthan. Maharaja Jai Singh II built it in yellow, but in the middle of the XIX century, in honor of the arrival of the English Prince Albert, all the buildings were repainted in pink - the traditional color of hospitality. Jaipur will give you many pleasant moments if you walk along the stone pink streets, touch the developing shine of silk sarees, pass the yards past the narrow doors decorated with swastikas, bringing good and good luck to the Indian home. Accommodation in hotel Jaipur, overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 2. Jaipur

It was there, on the hills of Aravalli, that the ancient capital of Jaipur used to be. The construction of the wonderful fort-palace began in 1592 Maharaja Man Singh. The fort is a grandiose complex of palaces, pavilions, gardens and temples. Above all of this towers a quaint palace-fortress of honey color. You can feel the magic of bygone times, rising to the heights of the fort on the backs of elephants. On the way your hearing will be delighted by musicians. From the top of the Maharaja's apartments, you have a spectacular view of the narrow gorge. In the afternoon, a tour of the city with a visit to the unique observatory of Jantar Mantar, a majestic structure built by the rajah of Jai Singh in 1728, where the world's largest sundial is stored, the City Palace in the museums of which you can see the fine collections of Mogolian costume, weapons and miniature paintings. Visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). This five-story building of pink stone, decorated with columns and balconies, was built in 1799. The bizarre relief of the palace of a thousand lattice windows on the carved facade is considered a symbol of Jaipur. The Lakshmi-Narayana Temple, also known as Birla Mandir, is a modern architectural miracle. The majestic temple is located at the foot of the Moti Dungri hill in the state of Rajasthan. Built entirely of high-quality white marble, the temple is framed with carved sculptures and statues of the gods. It is dedicated to the Goddess Lakshmi and God Narayana. The three main domes of the temple constitute an explicit idea of secular India, they depict different approaches to different religions of the nation. The temple has some of the most beautifully made statues of Ganesha and other Hindu gods. Along with statues of the Gods, it is also possible to find statues of great thinkers and philosophers such as Buddha and Socrates. Jaipur is famous for its fabrics, as well as the main jewelry center of India, it is no coincidence that the annual international exhibition of precious stones and jewelry is held here. You can appreciate the refinement of local precious products by visiting a jewelry workshop. This temple, dedicated to Krishna, is built in the South Indian style. A bright Gopuram with a skilful bas-relief will give us an idea of how the temples in the south of the country look. In Abhaneri you will get acquainted with the stepped well - Chand Baori built in the 7th century. The view of the well Chand Baori surprises - similar wells were built only in India, so you can see a similar architecture only here, Chand Baori is also the deepest well of this type. This is an amazing structure, consisting of thousands of steps running down to the water, and it is very difficult to believe that all this huge and ingenious structure is just a well designed to fulfill one single goal, to give people water. You will see the Harshita Mata Temple (Goddess of Happiness) with medieval Indian architecture, and you will also enter the "dead city" of Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur-Sikri is a city built in a deserted place of red sandstone by Emperor Akbar, just a reflection of the majestic past. Very briefly it was the capital of the Great Moguls, after which the inhabitants left it because of a shortage of water. Perhaps, thanks to this circumstance, we can see it today in its pristine beauty. Arrival in Agra and accommodation at the hotel.

A thousand elephants carried white marble for construction. Merchants from Tibet, Persia and Russia sent gems for its decoration. The floral ornament of jasper, agate and malachite, opal and obsidian and mother-of-pearl, skillfully inscribed in the perfect symmetry of the snow-white palace, leaves a feeling of lightness and weightlessness. Further trip to Agra Fort, built as an army fortress in 1565. Emperor Akbar. Here Shah Jahan spent his last years in prison, treacherously devoted to his son, admiring from the window of his room on the snow-white Taj Mahal. Construction began in 1622 and lasted six years. The tomb combines white marble, colored mosaics, stone inlays and lattices. In style, this is the most innovative Mughal structure of the 15th century, bearing the features of the transition from the massive buildings of the red sandstone of the Akbar era to the sensually refined buildings of the times of Shah Jahan (Taj Mahal). After a rich excursion program you can visit the marble workshop, where you make furniture and souvenirs from marble encrusted with semiprecious stones.
